How to apply+
- 01Start with clean, dry, oil-free lower lashes.
- 02Lift a cluster with tweezers, holding it by the base.
- 03Dip the base in a lash bond and place it along the lower lash line, outer corner first.
- 04Space a few clusters out for soft definition, or set them closer for more drama.
